Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register or play. We employ IP detection and geolocation technology to enforce these restrictions.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that you are using your own funds for gaming purposes. If you are subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit you from gambling, you must not use our services.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with rv55. Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. We employ sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
To create an Account with rv55, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
rv55 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we require all Players to complete identity verification by submitting a clear photograph or scan of their Indonesian national identity card (KTP) and a recent selfie holding the KTP. Verification is typically completed within 1-24 hours. Withdrawal privileges are restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify rv55 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account. rv55 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
You must promptly update your Account information if any details change, including your email address, phone number, or residential address. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed important communications regarding your Account and may affect your ability to withdraw funds.
rv55 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and BSI) and major e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 1-5 minutes, though bank processing times may vary.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your rv55 Account are legally obtained and that you have the rightful ownership of such funds. rv55 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and request supporting documentation if suspicious activity is detected. We may refuse deposits or freeze accounts if we have reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or other illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests can be made to the same payment method used for deposits. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals to verified accounts are typically processed within 2-15 minutes, though bank processing times may vary. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on large withdrawal requests.
rv55 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Daily withdrawal limits are set at Rp 50,000,000 for standard accounts and may be increased for VIP members. We reserve the right to split large withdrawals into multiple transactions for security purposes.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. We reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with positive balances. You will receive email notification before any such fees are applied.
All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by rv55 are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed in the promotional materials. Bonuses typically carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.
Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games like blackjack and roulette may contribute between 10%-50%. Sports betting contributions vary by odds and bet type. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each bonus promotion's terms.
Bonuses are intended for recreational play only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using bonuses across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or engaging in arbitrage betting, is strictly prohibited. rv55 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings obtained through bonus abuse.
Eligible Players may be invited to join the rv55 VIP program based on their gaming activity. VIP benefits include cashback percentages, reload bonuses, birthday gifts, and priority customer support. VIP status is determined at rv55's sole discretion and may be revoked if program terms are violated.
All bets are subject to acceptance by rv55. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, bet manipulation, or violation of betting limits. Once a bet is confirmed in your Account history, it constitutes acceptance and becomes a binding transaction.
For sports betting, all markets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in specific market rules. Live betting odds and markets are subject to rapid change based on in-game developments. We employ a brief delay in live betting to ensure fair odds calculation.
All casino games, including slots, table games, and live dealer offerings, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live streaming equipment. Game rules, paytables, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed within each game. In the event of a technical malfunction or software error, all affected bets and payouts are void.
If your connection is interrupted during game play, any completed betting rounds will stand and be settled according to game rules. For incomplete rounds, the game will typically return to its previous state when you reconnect. If a disconnect affects game outcome determination, we will investigate and settle the bet fairly based on server logs.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, results, or payouts, rv55 reserves the right to correct the error and settle bets at correct odds or void affected bets. Players have 30 days from the date of a bet to dispute its settlement. After this period, all bet results are considered final and binding.
While rv55 strives to ensure continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.
rv55 provides games and content from third-party software providers. While we partner only with reputable licensed providers, we are not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game software. Any such disputes should be directed to the game provider in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless rv55, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of any law, or infringement of any third-party rights.
In no event shall rv55's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of our services exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds and pending bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure.
rv55 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately if we determine that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information, created multiple accounts, or violated responsible gaming policies. Upon suspension, we will investigate the circumstances and may withhold funds pending investigation completion.
If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a specified period (minimum 6 months). During self-exclusion, your Account will be locked and you will not receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the exclusion period expires. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rv55 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute between you and rv55, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our management team. We are committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution.
If informal resolution fails, any remaining disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed-upon arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
rv55 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and displayed prominently on our website. Your continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
